Where are your numbers from?
Our numbers are from major US phone companies. We guarantee you can verify any service, even those that don't accept virtual numbers such as Google.
When do you get new numbers?
We're always trying to get as many numbers as possible for the best possible experience, but due to high demand, it's not always possible. We'll keep expanding our capabilities to provide you the best service we can.
How long do your numbers last?
All of our numbers are ephemeral—once a number has been cycled, we no longer have access to that number.
What are the limited hours of service?
During the times of limited service (2200 to 0900 EST), please expect a longer wait time between number changes, reduced service availability, as well as slower responses from our support team.

How do I change my password?

How much time do I have to verify a service?
You will have 5.5 minutes after you've requested a number to verify your selected service. If you don't receive a code in that amount of time, the verification will timeout, but your credits will not be deducted. Credits are only deducted for successful verifications where you receive a code.

What do the different statuses mean?
Per the tooltip, the New status means there is a number available for the service that you have not used. The Used status means the numbers currently available have already been used by you for the service to complete a verification. The N/A status means there are currently no available numbers for the service to complete a verification.
When will service X have numbers again? Why does the service I am trying to verify seem to always have a N/A status?
We’re always trying to get more numbers to satisfy our customers, but due to high demand, it is not always possible. We are actively working on expanding our capabilities to provide you the best service we can, and in the meantime, we ask you to please be patient.
What is the “Favorite” star toggle?
Per the tooltip, services that you mark as a favorite (indicated by a ) will show up on the top of the services list to make it easier for you to find those services. You can remove a service from your favorites by toggling the star again (indicated by a ).
What is the "Service not listed" option?
The "Service not listed" option is a feature you can use to request a verification for a service that we do not currently have on our services list. We monitor all verifications done via this feature and periodically update our services list with new requests, so please make sure the service you are requesting is not already part of our offerings—verifications for services that are part of our current offerings will not work with this "Service not listed" option.
How can I do verifications in bulk or automate the verification process?

Can I use the same number again?
After successfully completing a verification, you will have 60 seconds to click on the "Use again" button to complete another verification for the same service with the same number.
You will be charged again for each subsequent verification you do. Refer to the example below:

The service I'm trying to verify won't send a SMS to the number I got assigned. What do I do?
If a number is not working for you, you can click on the "Report Number" button to indicate the problem. You can then start a new verification and we will try to give you a different number. Refer to the example below:
Why do I keep seeing the same number when I request for verifications?
Our numbers cycle based on an algorithm—we are always working on ways to expand our capacity . In the meantime, we ask you to be patient while we work on improving our service.
The service I requested didn't accept the number! What do I do?
Often these issues are caused by checks done by the services involved. They can detect if you are using a proxy, attempting to create multiple accounts or other similar activity. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end to address this. Our advice would be to wait for a new number, indicated by the New status, and trying again later.
I got a code, but it didn't work! What do I do?
Please contact support with your account email and all information relating to your verification request (i.e. service requested, number used, time of verification, code provided, error messages, etc.). You may have used the "resend code" option from the service provider or you might have clicked on the "send code" option multiple times - we will only provide the first code that we get.
I used one of your numbers to verify a service in the past and now I need that number again to access my service account! What do I do?
Unfortunately, all of our numbers are ephemeral—once a number has been cycled, we do not have access to that number anymore and are unable to provide verifications for a past number. If you are planning on long term usage of a service account verified through our service, we strongly recommend removing the number from your service account, if possible. This will help prevent re-verification issues arising from the use of a temporary number—we are unable to recover past numbers.
Do you resell verifications? Are you a reseller?
No. We are not a reseller. There is no middleman — we work directly with telecommunication companies and your verification is yours alone.
What is surge pricing?
There are times when so many people are requesting verifications that there aren’t enough numbers to help verify them all. Time of day or special promotions, for instance, may cause unusually large numbers of people to want verifications all at the same time.
In these cases of very high demand, verification costs may increase to help ensure those who need a verification can get one. This system is called surge pricing, and it lets us continue to be a reliable choice.
Whenever costs rise due to surge pricing, we let users know clearly on the verification page.
Some users will choose to pay, while some will choose to wait a few minutes to see if the costs go back down to normal.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and Bitcoin in exchange for credits.
Where can I see my credit purchase transactions?

My payment went through, but I didn’t get my credits! What do I do?
Please contact support with your account email and order number. For Bitcoin payments, we require 2 network confirmations before automatically crediting your account. If you are paying with Bitcoin, please make sure you are including any transaction fees your wallet deducts in your total payment amount. We are not liable for any payments sent to the wrong party.
Credits were deducted from my account, but my verification wasn’t successful! What do I do?
Please contact support with your account email and any information relating to your verification request (i.e. service requested, number used, time of verification, code provided, error messages, etc). We will work with you to try to resolve any issues.
I want a credit/monetary refund. What do I do?
Please contact support with your account email and reason for refund. We assess credit/monetary refunds on a case by case basis and will work with you to make it right.

What are rentals?
Our normal verification process utilizes temporary numbers which users have no guarantee of receiving again, as our numbers change frequently. Rentals are a service we have developed where users can retain extended access to the same number(s) for their desired service(s).
Do you recycle your rentals?
No. Once we are in possession of a number and make it available for rental and you purchase it, that rental is yours and is not shared with anyone else.
How long do rentals last?
All rentals last for exactly 7 day(s). We do not offer rentals for shorter time periods, and if you would like a longer rental, please utilize the renew rental feature. A renewal of a rental is incremented by 7 day(s), and you cannot renew only a portion of your original rental. If you would like to change your rental to include different services, you will have to create a new rental, and we do not guarantee that you will receive the same number for any overlapping service(s) between your old and new rental.
How much do rentals cost?
Rentals are priced using our Credits currency. You can view how much a rental will cost after selecting your desired service(s) on the buy rental page. The first 5 verification(s) for each service within a 24 hour period are included free of charge. Each additional verification after that will be charged at 3 credits per verification. If you do not have enough credits to purchase the additional verification(s), any codes you receive will be inaccessible. You will need to either wait for the number of verifications completed in the past 24 hours to drop below the quota, or purchase more credits to continue receiving verification codes. Please note, all rentals are PREPAID and all sales are FINAL.
How do I get a rental?
Visit our buy rental page and select the service(s) you would like to reserve a number for. Purchase your selection using our Credits currency. You can obtain more credits by visiting our buy credits page.
How do I complete verifications with rentals?
After completing your rentals purchase, you can return to the rentals number page to view your service selection(s) and the number(s) assigned to you. Complete your verifications by using the number(s) assigned to you, and your verification codes will appear on the rentals page. You can also click into the number(s) assigned to you for each service to view all past verification codes received by that number for the specified service.
